This course will provide the practical and theoretical knowledge and skills needed in order for dental nurses to competently apply topical fluoride to adult and child patients from a prescription of a dentist or as part of a community project. This course is for qualified and GDC registered Dental Nurses which must have the support of the practice and a supervising Dentist.: On completion of the 2 days and examinations you will need to complete a portfolio of 10 patients in order to show your competence which needs to be witnessed and signed by a supervising dentist. Once this has been received and is satisfactory a competence certification will be awarded. Course Tutor: Mrs. Gail Purves
