Dens evaginatus on the occlusal surface of Premolars
An 18 years old Japanese lady attended the surgery for fractured lingual wall on a rootfilled LR6. When the patient was examined I could notice the extra „cusp“ on the premolars. These „pearls“ were present on all the premolars albeit more prominent on the Lower premolars. The teeth had a stable occlusion.
