We have 2 identical penthouse apartments with large adjacent terraces.
Pyla Village, approximately 2 miles from the sea, is located 6 miles from Larnaca Town and 7 miles from Larnaca International Airport. Light and airy living spaces complete with terraces and/or balconies with views of the surrounding coastline and mountains.
The complex includes Electric Gated Entrance, Gardens, Swimming Pool and Tennis Court. Close to all amenities, shops and restaurants and award winning beaches.
The penthouse has a huge terrace, an allocated parking space, intercom access, and is furnished with fitted wardrobes and kitchen. Finish is in neutral colours of classy but contemporary design, which provide light and airy spacious living areas.
Checkout time is 10am on the day of departure, but we will do all we can to fit in with flight times.
