(BDA News) When partners disagree

Even in partnership, dentists spend much of their time working independently, concentrating on their own patients. So, at the formation of a partnership the possibility of disputes among partners may never be considered. A suitably worded decision-making clause in the partnership agreement dealing with partnership meetings and when decisions can be taken unilaterally or by majority, for example, can help to reduce the potential for disputes but it will not entirely remove the risk of disagreements arising.
